YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026. This policy describes the newsletter signup and educational website as currently implemented.

What we collect

When you join the newsletter list, we collect your email address, your explicit consent, the consent-policy version, the signup location (homepage or newsletter), and the signup timestamp. We do not ask for financial information, holdings, account numbers, or sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

We store your request to join Compounding Theory’s educational newsletter and record your permission to receive it. Consent is optional: you can browse the website without subscribing. Newsletter delivery is not active yet, and signing up does not trigger a confirmation email.

Where it goes

Subscriber records are stored in Lovable Cloud. They are not available for other visitors to read. A dedicated newsletter service such as beehiiv or Kit may be connected later; this policy must be updated before data is transferred to a new provider. We do not sell signup records.

Consent, access, and deletion

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Until a dedicated privacy contact is configured, contact @compoundingtheory on Instagram to request the appropriate private contact channel; do not post your email publicly. We will need to verify ownership before acting. An unsubscribe mechanism must be included when newsletter delivery is enabled.

Retention and security

Records are kept for the newsletter signup purpose until consent is withdrawn, deletion is requested, or they are no longer needed. Access is restricted through the site’s storage permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and external links

This website adds no advertising cookies or visitor analytics. A cookie banner is therefore not included. Hosting may process request information for delivery and security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser. Instagram is an external service with its own privacy policy.

Before public launch

The founder’s legal operator identity, dedicated privacy contact, applicable jurisdiction, and any additional provider or regional legal disclosures must be finalized before launch. This policy describes current functionality and is not a substitute for legal review.
